This private site cannot retrieve or change an official record. Questions about Irwin County dockets belong with the office that keeps the case: the Superior and Juvenile clerk, Probate Court, Magistrate Court, or Ocilla Municipal Court. Use the routing below to contact the correct public office directly.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. This privately run reference resource cannot retrieve dockets, alter hearing dates, seal or remove cases, certify court papers, or offer legal advice. Contact the clerk or court that maintains the official file for those services.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Send an Irwin County request to the office responsible for that court and record type:

  • A Superior Court docket: start with the docket search route through PeachCourt, then confirm the result with the Superior Court clerk
  • A hearing date: review the Tifton Judicial Circuit court schedule, then verify any change with the office holding the case
  • A certified copy: order it from the clerk responsible for the original record
  • A Probate or Magistrate matter: contact that separate county court rather than assuming PeachCourt contains the file
  • A city case: route an Ocilla ordinance or municipal citation record to Ocilla Municipal Court
  • A court file: consult the court case records routes and name the specific document needed

For Superior and Juvenile Court records, contact Clerk Melissa Drawdy at 301 South Irwin Avenue, Suite 103, Ocilla, GA 31774, or call 229-468-5356. Published hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Verify the hours before traveling because official county and statewide listings have not always updated at the same time.

Probate Court is in Suite 101 and Magistrate Court is in Suite 102 at the same 301 South Irwin Avenue courthouse. Ocilla Municipal Court uses City Hall, 111 North Irwin Avenue, Ocilla, GA 31774; call its clerk at 229-468-3438. These offices keep separate files, so give the court name, case or citation number, date range, and requested record when calling.
